Terms of Service

These terms cover gototravelapp.com, the waitlist, our emails and the Go To Travel app. By joining the waitlist or using the site or app, you agree to them.
What Go To Travel is
Go To Travel helps you plan trips: it turns saved posts and AI plans into a trip, helps your crew agree, and suggests fixes when plans change. The website lets you join the waitlist, take the traveler quiz and learn about the app.
The waitlist
When you join, you confirm that you're at least 13 (16 in the EU), that the email is yours, and that you agree to get the emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from marketing email anytime in one click or in the Privacy Center. A place in line isn't a promise of an invite date.
Invites, referrals and Founding Traveler
- Your invite link is personal. Share it with people you know; don't post it as spam, buy sign-ups or create fake ones.
- When 3 friends join with your link, you move ahead in line and earn the Founding Traveler stamp. Friends count once each, and your own other emails don't count.
- We may remove referrals or perks earned through fake, automated or duplicate sign-ups.
- We can change or end the referral program, with notice on the site. Perks already earned stay earned unless they came from abuse.
Your content
What you create or add is yours: trips, saves, notes, photos, recaps, quiz answers and messages. You give us permission to store, process and show it in the ways you choose, for example to your crew, in a recap you share, or to an AI assistant you connect. You're responsible for what you share publicly, including other people's photos. Don't post anything illegal, hateful or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
- No spam, fake accounts or automated sign-ups.
- No malware, scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to break the service.
- Don't impersonate anyone, and don't use Go To Travel for anything illegal.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe someone is breaking these terms.
Travel information and AI
Plans, places and suggestions, including AI-generated ones and Trip Watch fixes, are planning help, not guarantees. Hours change, places close and prices vary, so check before you go. They aren't advice about safety, health, visas or insurance.
Other services
We use other providers, such as maps, AI models and our database host. Some features depend on them, and their own terms may apply. We're not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
Pricing
Early access is free. If we add paid features, we'll show the price and terms before you subscribe, and App Store terms will apply too.
Ownership
The Go To Travel name, logo, website, app, illustrations, traveler types (Explorer, Trailblazer, Visionary) and our copy belong to us. Don't copy them without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed bookings or travel problems. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending things
You can stop anytime and delete your data in the Privacy Center or the app. We may suspend or end access for people who break these terms, or for technical reasons, with notice when we can.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product grows. For changes that matter, we'll email subscribers or post a notice on the site before they take effect.
Law
California law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts there, unless your local law gives you other rights. Go To Travel is run by Ward and Taylor LLC, 2710 Centerville Rd #200, Wilmington, DE 19808.
